01 · How it works
No card on this site and no payment gateway: you ask for access, and a paid plan is a conversation with us.
Request access and, once we approve it, you create your account on Free and build your first agent. There is no sales call and no payment form.
To activate Starter or Enterprise, write to [email protected] or use the contact form. We change your plan on our side.
It adds your plan's fee and the tokens your agents used, billed at cost with no margin, plus applicable taxes. We invoice you directly.
02 · Always included
What makes an agent trustworthy comes with every plan, Free included. Evals, guardrails and the conversation inbox are the exception: they come with Enterprise.
Lens records each conversation step by step, with the tokens and the cost of every run.
A policy can hold calls that move money or write data until someone with the right role approves them.
