01 · What it is
Thaliq is a framework for AI agents, and a console where your team works with them.
- Build
An agent is a file.
Describe its model, instructions, tools, knowledge and rules. Keep the file in Git, apply it with one call or edit it in the console.
- Evaluate
A new version has to pass.
Write the cases an agent must pass. A new version of an agent with an Eval goes out when it passes. If it gets worse, the current one keeps answering.
- Observe
Every step, in view.
See each conversation from start to finish: what the agent did, what it cost and who approved.

02 · Why it exists
Agents can take on much of the work: answering customers, looking up an order, preparing a refund. What is delicate should not be left to an agent alone.
So Thaliq puts a person at the point of decision. A refund, a change to the agent, a message in a delicate moment: the agent prepares it, a person approves it and every step stays on record.

If you don't control it, it isn't yours.
What is delicate waits for a person, and a dedicated deployment can run the whole stack on your own servers.
